Pasta Making Workshops

My pasta making workshops are fun and social events, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of fizz and antipasti. Then get stuck in as you learn to make pasta from scratch and create beautiful handmade pasta. You’ll make a homemade sauce from scratch using Filippo Berio Olive Oils. We’ll finish the night with the dish you’ve made and a glass of wine 🍷 (or soft drink).

Dietary requirements: Due to the nature of pasta making, not all workshops can cater for all dietary requirements e.g. vegan or gluten free. However, where possible I will always try to cater for dietary requirements, please contact Kate for more information

Filled Pasta Making Workshop

The workshop includes a welcome drink, antipasti platter and a glass of wine with your meal.

This workshop we’ll create filled pasta, with bursts of flavour in every mouthful these are a great pasta shape to master.

You’ll also get to take home a Filippo Berio goodie bag.

After a welcome glass of fizz and nibbles, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get messy at The Wee Vinoteca.

After making your own pasta and sauce using quality ingredients such as Filippo Berio olive oil, and locally sourced produce, you’ll head upstairs for sharing boards and fresh bread as Duncan talks you through wines you’ll be tasting to match your food.

The final and most important stage is to sit down, eat your pasta and dessert, drink the matched wine and enjoy.

Pilates and Pasta Making

I’ve joined forces with Vicky Ford to bring you a Pasta Making Workshop with a twist. Vicky and I share a love for travel, food and gin! And we’ve been talking about combining our skills to host this event for months, and we’re finally making it a reality. 

We’re combining three of our favourite things to bring you a rather dreamy day.
Pilates. Prosecco. Pasta

To kick start your Sunday, Vicky will take you through an hour pilates session in the BENK + BO studio. 

You’ll then head downstairs to enjoy a well earned glass of prosecco, and welcome antipasti of charcuterie and cheese from local suppliers and producers. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to making some delicious homemade pasta. 

You can then sit back and relax with a glass of wine while we cook up your pasta with a delicious homemade sauce for you to enjoy a lunch Italian style. 

Vicky has been a Pilates instructor for over 9 years, and she runs classes for Highgate Pilates and also delivers 1:1 sessions to her clients. Vicky comes from a professional dance background, and she loves that she still gets to teach movement incorporating the Pilates principles to her clients.
