19 – 21 October | Cooking and Carafes at Bethnal & Bec
Join us for a weekend filled with Italian food and wine to ignite your culinary senses in the breathtaking surroundings of Bethnal & Bec.
Together, we’ve created a two day cooking course where you’ll learn how to make pizza and pasta from scratch, along with simple but traditional Italian sauces that are packed full of flavour.
Enjoy an aperitivo and sharing platters as we talk through the menu of the day for Saturday. You’ll then make a three course lunch using local produce, fresh eggs from Bluebell (Bethnal & Bec’s resident hen) and other quality ingredients. As you take a seat in what was once the dairy of the Cottered Farmhouse, you’ll taste perfectly paired wines with each dish.
Check out on the Sunday, and before you leave get ready to knead! You’ll make pizzas for lunch and pasta to take home with you.
